We’re organization freaks. We know most people hate it, but digital organization is vital to the success of your organization! Being able to quickly find what you’re looking for means not spending hours searching, time that could be better spent on your mission! We are organizing pros—file organization, file ownership, databases, CRMs, email, omg you name it and we love to clean it up!
We use the same user experience techniques for digital organization as we do for our design work: keep it simple, stupid! We make sure everyone in the organization is on board with how things are organized to ensure that things stay organized (the world tends towards entropy, but entropy can’t beat good systems!).
How does it work?
We’ll work together to assess the situation you’re currently in. Where is your data now? How are your files organized? How do you handle new content? Who owns what? Then we work with your team to understand what the pain points are. Are things missing? Are there issues with access and ownership?
Once we have all the information, we create a plan together for how we want to reorganize your digital world so that it works for everyone. Then, of course, we implement it!
