How It Works
A 3-step sprint with clear checkpoints.
Book Your Slot
Choose an available weekend and submit payment to reserve it.
Reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
Content Handoff
You’ll submit your content (even if it’s rough) via an intake form.
Must be submitted by Friday at noon, the day before we start.
Weekend Build + Launch
Your site will be built over two days, with a launch on Monday.
If you miss the Friday noon deadline, your weekend slot gets rescheduled.
What I’ll Need From You
You do not need to have anything set up. You just need to provide:
Your business/org name
Rough page content (bullets are fine)
Any existing logo/photos (optional)
A short list of “sites you like” (optional)
If you have nothing visual yet, I will use a clean, modern starter style that you can refine later.
Simple Pricing
Starts at $2500. Flat-rate, speed-inclusive.
Optional add-ons:
Brand basics (font/color direction + logo cleanup): +$300
Blog setup: +$400
Extra pages beyond 5: +$250/page

Ultimately, that’s up to you. Depending on your business/work, I can make recommendations. For example, most service-based businesses will have a home page, an about page, a services page, and a contact page. This may vary depending on your business.

AI is used as a drafting tool to move faster, especially if you provide rough notes. I edit everything for clarity, tone, and accuracy so your site reflects your voice and values. Nothing is published without human review.
If you’d prefer to write your own website copy, just submit completed work and I will use that instead.

Squarespace. I use a standardized setup so I can move quickly and you can maintain it easily after launch.
You’ll need to purchase a Squarespace subscription to host your website. You may choose to purchase a monthly plan or an annual plan. Annual plans come with a domain name free for 1 year.

The Squarespace “Basic” plan is sufficient for most users ($192/yr paid annually). This is not included in the price—you will pay Squarespace directly.

You bet. You will be able to update text, images, and page content without needing a developer.

Fastmail—It’s a great service for managing your email, contacts, and calendars. It includes domain-based email (e.g. me@mywebsite.com), is inexpensive, and has excellent privacy protections.

The Fastmail “Business Standard” plan is recommended for most users ($60/yr paid annually). This is not included in the price—you will pay Fastmail directly.
Why not Google Workspace?
I think it’s overpriced and they love to sell your data ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
You can still use Google Drive with a domain email if you really want, and that’d be free. So there’s that.
