The Quarterly Support Plan covers a 3-month period (10 hours total per quarter), but it’s billed monthly in equal installments. The minimum retainer is $1,500 per quarter, billed at $500/month. This way you get predictable monthly invoices, while still locking in guaranteed support for the full quarter.

Unused hours don’t roll over, but I encourage you to use them for strategy check-ins, content reviews, or light design updates so you always get the full value.

Additional hours are billed at $150/hr for nonprofits and $200/hr for for-profit organizations. I will never go over hours without your explicit consent. If you consistently need more hours, we can up your engagement to help keep the costs steady for you.

You’ll have access to a client portal that tracks your hours in real time. It shows the percentage of your hours that have been used, so you’ll always know exactly where things stand and can plan ahead with confidence.

Yes. If you’re not ready for a Quarterly Support Plan, project-based engagements are available with a $5,000 minimum. You can move into a Quarterly Support Plan anytime.

For larger projects (like a new website section or a major campaign), we’ll still scope a separate Statement of Work. The Quarterly Support Plan is meant for regular updates, small improvements, and ongoing support.
